Identity formation is critical in both self esteem and empathy. This group will meet for six weekly sessions and work to answer questions of self. Through guided exercises the group will explore topics of personal psychology, relationships, work, values, goals, and hopes. As members deepen their own sense of self they will have opportunities to share and hear from other members.
